Nothing. Its absolutely free.
How do I post something on VixList?
1. click the red 'click here to post your item for FREE' button
2. select a category where your post should be listed
3. type in the details of the post
4. click the "continue" button
5. Review and if it looks good, click "Publish"
That’s it! You’re item is posted in VixList. Additionally, it will be emailed to thousands of people.
How do I get my item to stay on the top of the page or on the right hand side of the screen or highlighted?
This is called "upgrading" and can be done at the time of posting your item, just before you click "Publish", select upgrade options in the Upgrade My Post section. You can also upgrade later on by going to edit your item and going to the Upgrade My Post section.

My Ad was deleted. Will my fees be reimbursed?
All fees paid for upgrades are non-refundable. If you have deleted your item or if the item was deleted for violating VixList policies, then any fees paid will not be refunded.
What payment methods are accepted?
American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit cards are accepted. All payments are securely processed through our payment partner, Authorize.net, one of the leading online payment gateways.
If I save my credit card on VixList, is it secure?
Yes, all information is stored on the Authorize.net customer information gateway.
How do I edit or delete a post?
If you are a member, you can do this in the member area. First, sign in using the link in the top right-hand corner of the website. Then click ’Edit Item(s)’ from the menu at the left. You will then see a list of all your items. To edit or delete an item, use the action buttons that appear to the left of each listing.
If you are not a member, you can edit the post by following a link that is included in the confirmation email you received after posting. If you do not have this email, then click here to contact us.
For how long will my item be posted?
90 days.
Do I need to be a member of VixList to post?
No. Anyone with an email address can post, membership is not required. There are extra benefits of posting as a member though.
Why should someone become a member of VixList?
Although you can post without being a member, there are extra features & benefits that are only available to members including:
- manage & edit all the items that you've posted from one screen.
- subscribe to the categories that you are interested in so that you get notified immediately when new items are added to these categories.
- post anonymously (people can contact you, but they don’t see your email address on the post).
- see statistics about your posts including how many people have viewed the items, how many people have contacted you.
- mark certain items as your Favorites (bookmarks) so they’re saved in one place.
Can I post anonymously, so that people don’t see my email address in the listing?
Posting anonymously is one of the benefits of being a member. First, sign in using the link in the top right-hand corner of the website. Then click ’Change Info’ from the menu at the left. Make sure the box next to where it says "Hide my email address" is checked. Now your posts will be anonymous. If people want to contact you, they can do so through a form on the website.
Can I get notified when new items are added to a certain category or categories?
Notifications is one of the benefits of being a member. First, sign in using the link in the top right-hand corner of the website. Then click ’Notify New Items’ from the menu at the left. Next check the box next to the categories for which you want to get notified when new items are added to that category. Finally click ’Save’. You will receive an email notifying you whenever new items are added to the categories you selected.
How do I stop getting new item alert notifications each time new items are added to a certain category or categories?
First, sign in using the link in the top right-hand corner of the website. Then click ’Notify New Items’ from the menu at the left. Next uncheck the box next to the categories for which you want to stop getting notifications. Finally click ’Save’.

I created a post but the pictures did not get attached properly
There are a number of factors that could prevent the files from being attached. Some common factors are that the file is too big (greater than 2000kb), or the filename is too long. If you are not able to attach your photos or documents, email them to support@vixlist.com
